My clock reads 23:59, leaving one minute left of Christmas 2009, the most un-Christmassy Christmas I have ever celebrated, but cheery nonetheless. Hiking in a lovely pine forest, sledding on fake snow, and making a scrumptious (non-Korean) feast can only leave a person smiling and happily immobile from too much holiday food.
Next comes a week of traveling along the West coast of Korea until we make it to Seoul for New Years Eve. This might be the last chance I get to explore the other half of this little gem of a country.
